NMCE was established in 1994 with goal of design, installation and commissioning for machinery and equipment.
In year 2000, the activities were concentrated on railway section with considering the new personnel experience, which were insubstantial centers of railway industries such as Wagon Pars Co., IDRO, Tehran Metro, RAI, Association of urban railways, etc.
